Part-Time Customer Service Assistant
Location: Love Shoes, 10 Hill Street, Newry (Opposite Daisy's)
Hours: 10–15 hours per week
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team on Hill Street. As the face of our store, you will help deliver exceptional service to every customer who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage with customers, offering product advice and assistance.
- Process sales efficiently and accurately using the till system.
- Help keep the sales floor well-stocked, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential—full training will be provided.
