We are seeking an experienced Meat Cutter/Butcher for our International supermarket(spicemarket L13).The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of South Asian-style meat cuts, including traditional beef,buffalo, lamb, goat, and poultry preparations.
Requirements:
- Experience as a meat cutter or butcher, with a focus on Asian meat cuts
- Familiarity with UK food hygiene and safety regulations
- Must currently reside in the UK
