What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving a range of premium cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and soft drinks to a consistently high standard.
- Delivering friendly, engaging, and memorable customer service from the moment guests arrive.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the unique personality of Jenny's.
- Recommending drinks and sharing your knowledge of our menu with confidence.
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and responsible alcohol service.
- Processing payments accurately through our POS system (Tabology).
- Restocking glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies throughout service.
- Working closely with the team to deliver a seamless guest experience during busy trading periods.
What We're Looking For
- Previous bar, cocktail, or hospitality experience preferred.
- A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Confidence working in a busy, high-energy environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- A team player who enjoys contributing to a great workplace culture.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and food safety standards.
