Storekeeper – Restaurant Group
Location: Central London
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: 5 days per week, 8:00am – 6:00pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
A well-established restaurant group in Central London is looking for an experienced and organised Storekeeper to join the team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong stock control experience within hospitality, restaurants, hotels or catering. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving deliveries, managing stock levels and ensuring goods are stored safely and correctly.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check and record all deliveries
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
- Store goods safely and follow FIFO procedures
- Issue stock to the kitchen, bar and other departments as required
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages
- Support with stock takes and stock control processes
- Keep storage areas clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous storekeeping or stock control experience within hospitality
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of stock rotation and FIFO
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Must have the right to work in the UK
