Job Overview
We are seeking 2 x dedicated and reliable Time Full Time Cleaning Operative to join our professional cleaning team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various offices & welfare premises during daytime hours. This role offers a consistent schedule, with opportunities to develop your skills within the cleaning industry. The ideal applicants will be organised, attentive to detail, and committed to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of clients offices, Welfare units and other public areas, ensuring all areas meet company standards.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and communal areas.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet roll
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security of premises.
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good organisational skills and reliability in completing tasks on time.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift, including lifting and bending as required.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations is advantage but not mandatory.
