Farm Shop Assistant (Permanent)

Are you passionate about quality food and delivering outstanding customer service?
We're looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Farm Shop Assistant to join our growing team on a permanent basis.
This is a varied, hands-on role in a busy, award winning farm shop where no two days are the same.
What you'll be doing
- Serving customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Replenishing and merchandising displays to a high standard.
- Preparing and packaging fresh food products.
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards.
- Operating the till and handling transactions.
- Helping keep the shop clean, organised and well presented.
- Supporting colleagues across different areas of the business as required.
- Baking to our high standards
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, enthusiastic and enjoys working with people.
- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
- Happy working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible and willing to work weekends as part of a rota.
- Keen to learn and become a valued long-term member of the team.
Previous retail or food experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right person.
Important
This is a permanent position and regular weekend working is essential.
Due to the working hours and weekend commitment, this role is not suitable for applicants who are currently in full-time or further education or for anyone under the age of 18.
