As a District Nursing Continence Specialist Nurse, you will provide expert assessment, advice, and evidence-based interventions for individuals with bladder & bowel conditions within the community settings. Working both independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will support patients to maintain dignity, independence, and wellbeing in their own homes or care settings.

This is a fixed term role for 12 months due to new funding received, we would also consider offering this as a secondment for internal applicants.
Applicants must have a full valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work. Adjustments can be considered in line with the Equality Act 2010 where required.
To provide information, training and support, to promote effective patient care and discharge from community nursing services.
To provide expert assessment of patients in a community environment, including specialist continence assessment.
To act as an information and educational resource to all members of the District Nursing service.
Lead/deputise a service improvement project to promote continence within the service in line with national guidelines.
