Job Overview
We are seeking three friendly and dependable candidates to become the new faces of Sunglow Aesthetics.
In the role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they walk through the door. Your enthusiasm and organisational skills will help create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, promote our services, and support smooth daily operations.
We have various shift patterns available, which can be discussed in further detail at interview stage. Full flexibility to work across all three stores (two in Telford and one in Shrewsbury) is essential, as well as cover for annual leave and sickness.
Although beneficial, salon experience is not mandatory as full training will be provided.
General duties:
- Greet customers, respond to queries and provide a great experience on every visit
- Manage multiple sunbed sessions in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and all equipment to a very high standard
- Promote our offers and products
- Adhere to tanning safety guidelines and procedures
- Securely open and close the store
- Process cash and card payments efficiently
The ideal candidate should:
- Be 18 years old or over
- Be outgoing, professional and fast on their feet
- Have customer service experience and good communication skills
- Be well organised, passionate and sales driven
- A great team player who is also comfortable working alone
- Maintain excellent timekeeping
- Be trustworthy, reliable and flexible to meet the needs of the business
We are a fast-paced business open 7 days a week and therefore, applicants must be able to work a range of shift patterns including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
