The opportunity
You'll be joining a team delivering projects that are transforming the Oxford-Cambridge Growth Corridor. Our portfolio includes cutting-edge laboratory and life science facilities, university estates, Oxford colleges, commercial workplaces, heritage refurbishments and mixed-use developments that are helping cement Oxford's reputation as a global innovation hub.
You’ll work closely with internationally recognised architects and specialist design teams to help deliver inspiring places where scientific breakthroughs, businesses and communities can thrive.
The role
As a Senior or Associate Project Manager, you'll lead projects through every stage of the development lifecycle, acting as a trusted adviser to clients while coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.
You'll be responsible for:

Leading projects from inception through design, procurement, construction and handover.

Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser throughout project delivery.

Coordinating architects, engineers, contractors and specialist consultants.

Managing programme, cost, quality and project risk.

Leading project meetings and ensuring successful delivery against client objectives.

Supporting business development and strengthening existing client relationships.

Mentoring junior project managers and contributing to the continued growth of the Oxford team.
About you
We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with genuine enthusiasm and passion for delivering great projects.
You'll likely have:

Consultancy-based project management experience.

A successful track record delivering complex construction or development projects.

Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

The confidence to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.

Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.

Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent), or be working towards accreditation.
