Movelia Therapy is a growing sports massage and rehabilitation service based in London. We are currently looking for Sports Massage Therapists to join our team and grow with the business.
This role is ideal for therapists who want flexible working hours, the opportunity to build their own client base, and work in a professional treatment environment.
As a growing clinic, bookings may vary initially, but we are actively investing in marketing, social media and online booking platforms to steadily increase demand.
Pay
From £29 per hour
(Self-employed commission-based role)

Commission structure
Clients provided by Movelia Therapy
- 60% Movelia / 40% Therapist
- Equivalent to approximately £29+ per 1-hour treatment depending on experience and performance
Clients brought by the therapist
- 40% Movelia / 60% Therapist
All treatments must follow Movelia Therapy’s pricing structure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality sports massage and soft tissue treatments
- Provide professional and client-focused care
- Maintain a clean and professional treatment space
- Honour all confirmed bookings
- Represent Movelia Therapy with professionalism
Requirements
- Qualified or recently qualified Sports Massage Therapist
- Insurance (professional indemnity and public liability)
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Passion for helping clients recover and move better
Working arrangements
- Self-employed role
- Flexible availability based on venue availability
- Payment via invoice
- Payment frequency can be agreed (fortnightly or monthly)
