Responsibilities:
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for children aged 0-5
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, including art, music, and outdoor play
- Observe and assess children's development and progress, and communicate with parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom

- Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for young children
- Patience, empathy, and understanding of the needs of young children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
