Duties
- Perform root canal treatments and other endodontic procedures with precision and care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize advanced dental imaging techniques to diagnose and plan effective treatment strategies
- Apply CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for precise shaping and restoration of root structures when applicable
- Conduct thorough assessments of dental anatomy to inform treatment approaches and ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote understanding and cooperation
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to develop integrated treatment plans for complex cases
- Maintain detailed, accurate patient records, including imaging data, treatment notes, and progress reports
Requirements
- Valid GDC registration with specialization in endodontics or eligibility for licensure in the practicing region
- Proven experience performing endodontic procedures with a focus on accuracy and patient comfort
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and the ability to interpret medical imaging effectively
- Familiarity with Dentally software used in dental restorations or endodontic planning is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and foster patient trust
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care
