As a leading BMW Retailer, Berry Cobham is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and motivated Vehicle Progressor to join our team and ensure the smooth movement and preparation of our premium vehicles.
The Role:
As a Vehicle Progressor, you’ll be a vital link between our sales, service, and logistics teams. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the flow of vehicles from arrival on-site through to customer handover, ensuring every vehicle meets the high standards expected of the BMW brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating vehicle deliveries and movements around site
- Managing the preparation process including valeting, inspections, and photography
- Liaising with sales, service and workshop teams to ensure accurate progress updates
- Conducting quality control checks on vehicles prior to customer handover
- Ensuring all vehicles are presented to a showroom standard
- Updating internal systems with vehicle status and locations
About You:
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A full UK driving licence is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade is desirable but not essential
