Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Prepare and review legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds, and lease agreements.
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Conduct searches, enquiries, and due diligence to verify property details and legal status.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are adhered to in line with regulatory standards.
- Provide clear updates and advice to clients regarding the progress of their transactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to conveyancing processes, including filing and data entry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience or strong interest in conveyancing or property law.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex legal matters clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to legal practice, including case management software.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and ensure timely completion of transactions.

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
