Breach House is a 34 bed residential home, it is based in a village near Stourbridge and Kidderminster. This job role will include a variety of shifts and alternate weekends these are on a rota in advance
Early shift 8.00-14.00
late shift 14.00-20.00
long day 8.00-20.00
Senior role and responsibilities
(vary from resident to resident and not limited to but are summarised below):
To work closely with the Manager and Deputy, taking charge of the home when they are not on duty
The management and administration of medication
Verbal handovers
Liaison with clients’ relatives and the broad network of healthcare professionals who support the home
On call duty
Running a shift and delegating and ensuring completion of task to staff on shift
Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing and toileting
Assisting residents with nutrition and fluid
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as changing bed linens
Assist in the safe moving and handling of residents
using electronic care plans to input daily routine

The home is based in a village with very limited public transport links. This position would be more beneficial for some who has there own transport
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.75 per hour
Experience:
- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
