Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for guest satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order taking and service delivery.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
