Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and barstaff, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer enquiries to optimise guest experience
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and delivery
- Train new team members on service standards, health & safety protocols, and restaurant procedures
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and foster a positive team environment
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with EHO standards and organisational policies
- Assist in organising special events or promotions to enhance customer engagement
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Experience in serving, hospitality management/operations is desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
