Responsibilities

- Support the execution of B2B marketing campaigns, including outreach and follow-up activities.
- Utilise Salesforce to track client interactions, update records, and generate reports for analysis.
- Analyse client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor marketing strategies aligned with client requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in organising webinars, seminars, or other promotional events aimed at business audiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services products and industry trends to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or B2B marketing roles.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of financial services sector is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
