Are you a qualified English Teacher looking for a long-term role from September?
We're working with a range of secondary schools across Greater Manchester seeking English Teachers for long-term placements across Language and Literature.
Roles range from term-long placements to opportunities running throughout the academic year, with some positions offering the potential to continue into permanent employment.
Day-to-day supply is also available, but our focus is on finding consistent, longer-term roles where you can become part of the department and build relationships with students and staff.
The Role:
- Teach English across KS3–KS4, with KS5 opportunities depending on your specialism
- Deliver engaging lessons across Language and Literature
- Take on full classroom responsibilities within long-term placements
- Plan, mark and assess student work where required
- Work collaboratively with the wider English department
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified English Teachers with QTS
- Strong subject knowledge in Language and Literature
- Confident classroom and behaviour management
- A commitment to delivering high-quality English lessons
- Teachers looking for consistent, long-term opportunities
