Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair styling, cutting, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Perform professional barbering services, including shaves, beard trims, and grooming consultations
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients’ requests and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare advice, and product recommendations
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and foster loyalty
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices to ensure top-quality service
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of current hair trends, styling techniques, and grooming products
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification or licensing in cosmetology or barbering as required by local regulations is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: £25,420.00-£52,312.59 per year
