Are you confident on the phone and experienced in generating leads?Carworld is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Advisor to join our growing buying team.This is a B2B outbound calling role, where you'll be speaking directly to businesses across the UK to identify opportunities for Carworld to source and purchase vehicle stock.
What will you be doing?
- Making a high volume of outbound calls to businesses
- Speaking with companies that may have vehicles available for sale
- Identifying potential vehicle stock opportunities
- Building relationships with businesses and developing new contacts
- Qualifying opportunities and passing genuine leads to our buying team
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and leads
- Following up with businesses to develop opportunities
- Working towards agreed daily and monthly lead-generation targets
What we're looking forYou must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in lead generation.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience making outbound calls
- Is confident speaking to businesses and decision-makers
- Is comfortable making cold calls
- Can quickly build rapport with people over the phone
- Is persistent and doesn't give up after the first "no"
- Is organised and able to manage their own workload
- Is target-driven and motivated by results
- Has excellent communication skills
- Can identify a good opportunity and ask the right questions
- Has a positive, professional attitude
Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
