About the role:
Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base, and have a new children's care package in Penarth.
This role is to support our brand new client, an 11 year old girl, in her family home and out in the community. Our client has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, has a VP shunt, and is non-verbal and has behavioural challenges. You will be working alongside another support worker for all shifts (2:1 care). One of the Support Workers on shift will be a driver and drive the client's vehicle.
Full specialist training will be provided.
