The Role:
- Ensuring that the section operated effectively daily while all food cooked and served is of a high quality
- Prepare and produce food as required with use of modern methods, equipment, and fresh food
- Maintaining sufficient level of mise en place for lunch and dinner service
Skills:
- Good industry knowledge
- Good food production and ability to work under pressure
- NVQ Level 1 – Essential
- CIEH Level 2 – Essential
- Previous experience in a similar role
