Family Doctor for the Island of Bermuda
We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Board Certified Family Medicine Doctor to join our growing practice in Bermuda. The ideal candidate with have a strong background in primary care medicine, excellent communication skills, detailed chart documentation and committed to providing high quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive medical care of adults and adolescents
- conduct physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, develop treatment plans and refer appropriately to specialist
- prescribe medications and therapies
- collaborate with specialist and other healthcare providers
- maintain accurate and up to date medical records for all patients
- primary care office procedures such as skin procedures, exercise stress test, GYN procedures
Requirements
- medial degree from an accredited institution
- current medical license to practice in Bermuda or Registered with the Bermuda Medical Council
- Board Certified in Family medicine or equivalent
- completed medical residency in UK, USA or Canada·
- Active US state license is preferred, DEA number, and NPI number
- CPR & AED Certification·
- Ability to interpret laboratory results·
- EMR utilization or competent in electronic medical records.
Bermuda is a beautiful Island located in the North Atlantic Ocean. It is 90minute flight from New York City. It is known for its stunning beaches, crystal clear blue ocean, lush landscape, friendly and polite population with strong British influence. The living standards are on par with Monaco in the South of France. It is economically strong that host many world renown reinsurance companies. Currency is 1:1 exchange with the US dollar.
