Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and experienced plumber to join our growing property maintenance team.
You will be carrying out a variety of plumbing works in domestic and commercial properties including;
- Bathroom and Kitchen installations
- General plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Pipework alterations and installations
- Radiator installations and replacements
- Fault finding and repairs
- Working along side other trades where required
- No Call outs
Requirements
- Proven plumbing experience
- Relevant plumbing qualifications ( NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred)
- Full UK Driving License
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional and motivated
Desirable
- Unvented hot water qualification
- Basic knowledge of other property maintenance trades
- Experience in reactive maintenance
