Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
- Engage in active negotiation to close sales effectively and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized product displays and ensure the sales area is clean and inviting
- Manage customer inquiries promptly via face-to-face interactions or over the phone
- Utilize IT systems to process transactions accurately and update customer records
- Develop strong B2B (business-to-business) relationships by understanding client requirements and offering suitable solutions
- Prioritize time management to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently throughout your shift
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales environments demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with negotiation techniques that help secure favorable outcomes for both customers and the company
- Ability to operate IT systems confidently, including point-of-sale (POS) software and basic office applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting
- Experience in B2B sales is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
