Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation by assembling, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and safety standards
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure cleanliness, proper storage, and sanitation of all kitchen areas and equipment
- Support meal assembly and plating to ensure timely delivery during busy service periods
- Maintain organization of kitchen supplies, ingredients, and utensils for optimal workflow
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive, energetic work environment focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to health regulations and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is preferred
- Familiarity with cooking techniques and culinary terminology is advantageous
- Experience working in a restaurant or food service setting demonstrates reliability and understanding of fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices is beneficial
- Serving or customer interaction experience can enhance teamwork and communication skills
