About Us: Pinewood Residential Home is a family-run 33-bed care facility located on the beautiful cliffs of Budleigh Salterton. With stunning sea views and a warm, friendly team, we provide exceptional care to up to 35 residents in a supportive, respectful environment.

The Role: Do you enjoy looking after others and making a real difference in their day? We are looking for kind, compassionate individuals to join our care team. Experience isn’t essential – what matters most is a dedication to providing excellent personal care and a genuine desire to support others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration
- Helping residents move around safely
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Reporting any changes in health or wellbeing to senior staff
- Promoting dignity, respect, and independence at all times
