Paid Media Performance Manager
Salary: Up to £35k depending on experience
Vertu Motors plc. was formed in late 2006 and are now the UK's 4th largest motor retailer with over 190 dealerships across the length and breadth of the UK from Dunfermline to Exeter.
We have an exciting opportunity for a pro-active and analytical marketeer to join our innovative marketing team at the heart of a fast-growing and successful automotive retail business.
This role will lead the performance assessment of our paid media channels and campaigns, to identify and recommend improvement opportunities that will make a significant impact on the value returned from our media spend.
The successful candidate will have a pro-active and analytical mind-set and demonstrate strong commercial acumen related to paid media performance. This could suit a recent analytical graduate with some industry experience related to marketing, or a highly analytical marketeer.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Analysis and assessment of paid media campaigns
- Tracking key KPI’s from CPL through to CPS whilst focusing on conversion, LPVs and ROI
- Propose channel and campaign targets / benchmarks to assess performance
- Working closely with channel leads and retail marketing to evaluate channel/campaign performance and draw out actionable insight.
- Presentation of performance and recommendations to senior management and channel leads, translating data into clear business recommendations
- Conduct test-and-learn analysis to improve effectiveness across channels, audiences and creative approaches.
- Develop budget pacing and performance forecasting.
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking, tagging and attribution methodologies.
What we are looking for
- Ideally experience in paid media, digital marketing or marketing analytics
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Strong data interpretation and visualisation skill-set
- Confident communicator, translating data into clear business recommendations
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent stakeholder management skill-set
- Commercially curious and pro-active
- Highly agile and organised– ability to manage multiple priorities.
