Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, fashion-forward, and customer-focused Key Holder to join our menswear retail team. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in supporting daily store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store opens and closes efficiently and securely. You will assist with leading the team during store shifts, maintaining store standards, and driving sales in a stylish, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening & Closing the Store: Safely and efficiently handle all procedures related to store opening and closing, including securing the premises and handling deposits.
- Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored menswear styling advice.
- Sales Support: Achieve and exceed sales goals through product knowledge, upselling, and client engagement.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate team members during shifts, ensuring high energy, teamwork, and a strong focus on customer service.
- Visual Merchandising: Support the implementation of floor sets and visual displays in line with brand guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock management including receiving shipments, restocking, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Policy Enforcement: Uphold company policies and procedures including loss prevention, health & safety, and grooming standards.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of retail experience (menswear or fashion apparel preferred)
- Previous key holder or supervisory experience is a plus
- Passion for men's fashion and knowledge of current style trends
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holiday
