- Positions Available: 2 vacancies (1 x Permanent, 1 x Temporary Summer Seasonal)
- Hours: Part-Time (20 – 35 hours per week)
- Shifts: Flexible rotas across Monday – Sunday (Afternoon and/or Evening shifts available)
- Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
About the Role
The Ram Inn is looking for two reliable, hard-working, and enthusiastic Kitchen Porters to join our friendly back-of-house team. Whether you are looking for a stable, long-term role or a vibrant summer job, we have a position for you.
As a Kitchen Porter, you will be the backbone of our kitchen, ensuring our chefs have everything they need to deliver outstanding food to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Operating the commercial dishwasher and hand-washing large pots/pans.
- Ensuring all crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are clean, sterile, and correctly stored.
- Assisting with basic food prep tasks when required.
- Managing waste disposal and recycling.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
