We are looking for an organised, proactive and confident Reactive Maintenance Coordinator to manage maintenance jobs from initial instruction through to completion.
You will coordinate operatives, engineers and subcontractors, prioritise urgent repairs, manage appointments and site access, monitor SLAs and response times, and keep clients updated throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Log, prioritise and coordinate reactive maintenance jobs.
- Manage operatives, engineers and subcontractors.
- Arrange appointments, access and follow-on works.
- Monitor jobs, SLAs and completion times.
- Communicate with clients by phone and email.
- Check job sheets, photos and completion records.
- Maintain accurate records and update job-management systems.
- Support troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Confident communication and customer-service skills.
- A calm approach under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Confident using Outlook, Excel and computer systems.
- Experience in reactive maintenance, facilities, construction or property maintenance is desirable but not essential.
- Previous supervisory or coordination experience is beneficial.
- Salary is dependant on experience.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
