- 2–3 days per week
- 8:45am – 5:30pm
- Company vehicle provided during working hours

The Role
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Viewing Representative to conduct pre-arranged property viewings across Greater Manchester on behalf of our Lettings Team.
Based from our Manchester city centre office, you will travel to a variety of residential properties, meeting prospective tenants and showcasing homes while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for attending appointments on time, providing property information, and communicating viewing outcomes back to the Lettings Team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, working independently, and representing a professional brand in a customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled property viewings across Greater Manchester.
- Meet and accompany prospective tenants during viewings.
- Present properties professionally and answer basic questions about the accommodation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Maintain regular communication with the Manchester Lettings Team throughout the day.
- Provide feedback and updates following appointments.
- Manage travel between appointments efficiently and punctually.
- Represent the company professionally to prospective tenants and clients.
- Follow company procedures and standards during all viewings.
