The Role
As Care Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive safe, reliable and person-centred care.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing care schedules and rotas
- Matching Care Professionals to clients
- Responding to schedule changes and covering gaps in care
- Building strong relationships with clients, families and Care Professionals
- Supporting service quality and compliance
- Maintaining accurate records and care management systems
- Participating in the on-call rota as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You may already be working as a Care Coordinator, Deputy Manager, Scheduler, Field Care Supervisor or in another care-related role.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience working in a health or social care setting
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using IT systems and scheduling software
- A good understanding of person-centred care
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
- A full UK driving licence
