About The Bird
Located in the heart of Bath, The Bird is a boutique hotel with a bold personality.
Think vibrant rooms, a seriously good grill restaurant and a terrace that catches every ray of Bath sunshine. We’re not your average hotel, and we’re not looking for average people.
Working here is imaginative, a little unconventional and genuinely good fun. Whether hospitality is your first job or your life’s work, you’ll find a team that encourages you to be fully and unapologetically yourself.
We’re big-hearted, inclusive and look after each other just as well as we look after our guests.
We’re also very serious about making sure our guests have a bloody good time.

As our Hotel Maintenance Assistant, you’ll help keep the hotel safe, presentable and running smoothly.
This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, completing jobs properly and supporting others.

-
A hands-on and proactive approach
-
Good problem-solving skills
-
High standards of presentation
-
An understanding of health and safety

What happens next?
Send us your application and tell us about your previous maintenance or practical experience.
If your application catches our attention, we’ll give you a call for an initial conversation.
You may then be invited to spend an hour or two with the team as part of a Team Insight. This gives you the opportunity to see the hotel, meet the people you could be working with and ask any questions you may have.
If everything goes well, you may soon become part of The Bird team.
