Responsibilities
- Perform various beauty treatments such as makeup application, skincare, and other specialised therapies
- Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and friendly atmosphere
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
- Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate beauty products to clients
- Ensure all equipment is properly sterilised and maintained according to health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in makeup application and other beauty therapy services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required
- Professional attitude with attention to detail and high standards of hygiene
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy or related fields are preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry and helping clients achieve their desired look
Pay: £13.85-£14.65 per hour
