At Full Exposure Ltd, we produce premium video content for brands, businesses and events across the UK. We've worked with clients including Ford, HBO, HAYU, Link Up TV and many more, delivering everything from commercial campaigns and branded content to live events, podcasts and social media productions.
Based in Manchester, we work with businesses and creators across the UK, and we're looking to build a network of talented freelance editors who can become a regular part of our team.
The Role
We're looking for a creative and reliable freelance video editor to join us on an ongoing project-by-project basis.
You'll be responsible for turning raw footage into polished, engaging content that meets our high production standards. Our projects range from corporate films and commercials to podcasts, event highlights and social media content, so no two edits are the same.
You'll work closely with our producers and videographers to ensure every project is delivered on time and to a professional standard.

What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years' commercial editing experience with a strong portfolio or showreel.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (experience with Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve is also welcome).
- A strong understanding of pacing, storytelling and editing for different platforms.
- Confident working with colour correction, audio balancing and motion graphics where required.
- Experience editing for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn is an advantage.
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Reliable, communicative and able to work independently.
- A good eye for detail and consistency.
- Experience using Frame.io or similar review platforms is a bonus.
- Basic photography or videography knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
