Weekly Hours
42 hours per week on a 3 on 3 off basis over a 6 week rolling rota. 8am- 8pm.
Flowers Manor Care Home is located in Chippenham and we are seeking a Senior Care Assistant for daytime shifts, to join the growing team.

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Always present a compassionate and professional image.
- Preferably have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 certificate
- OR you have an NVQ/QCF Level 2 certificate and you are currently working as a Care Assistant wanting the next step, we can support you to obtain Level 3 whilst learning the role.
- You are kind, warm, and compassionate person with a “can- do” attitude.
- Have knowledge around safeguarding, whistleblowing, and medication management.
- Able to support, guide and lead by good example.
- Have ability to plan and prioritise workloads with an eye for details.
- Have excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise, focus and has sense of responsibility and remain calm under pressure.
- Are able to work with health professionals and all other stakeholders.
- Are able to cover the shift on short notice to meet the needs of residents.
- Handle enquiries from residents, visitors, and resident and relative requests and act appropriately in emergency situations.
