The role of Sales Administrator:
- Promoting and advising customers on compatible products and services
- Liaising confidently with existing and new customers over phone and email
- Providing support and servicing skills for customers
The ideal Sales Administrator:
- Ideally experienced as a sales support administrator, sales administrator, or internal sales administrator
- Strong customer service skills and commercial awareness
