Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support
educators and students within an educational setting. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting with classroom activities, providing personalised support to pupils, and fostering an inclusive learning environment. Experience in

Responsibilities
· Support teachers in delivering lesson plans and classroom activities
· Assist pupils with their learning tasks, ensuring they understand instructions
and stay engaged
· Provide personalised support to students with special educational needs or
disabilities, including those with autism
· Foster an inclusive environment that encourages participation and confidence
among pupils
· Help manage behavioural issues in a calm and constructive manner
· Mentor and tutor students who require additional academic assistance
· Support the organisation of learning materials and classroom resources
· Observe and report on student progress and behaviour to teachers or
specialised staff
Skills
· Experience with children, particularly in educational or tutoring roles
· Strong communication skills to effectively interact with pupils, teachers, and
parents
· Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet
individual student needs
· Organised approach
· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team within an educational
environment
