About the Job:
At Pure Maintenance we transform our clients’ homes from hazardous environments to safer homes with normal fungal ecologies through the technical use of our patented Dry Fog Technology.

Responsibilities:
- Full use of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided at all times
- Carrying out a pre-treatment inspection of their home and produce a report on the day of treatment
- Testing the air in our clients’ homes before and after our process using our air testing equipment
- Communicating with clients on the day of their treatment, explaining the process, answering any questions that they may have, and being their point-of-contact throughout the day
- Always being punctual to appointments
- Communicating with the sales staff at Head Office
- Solving any problems that may arise quickly and efficiently
- Keeping resources and materials topped up through inventory audits and placing orders with Head Office
- Ability to keep the company vehicle at home
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with Surveying, Water Damage Repair, Dehumidification
- Technically / Practically minded
- Great customer facing skills
- Able to work alone and be a self-starter
- Technical understanding
- Functional and technical skills
- Thrives on independent working
- Attention to detail
- Documentation skills
Experience & Licensing Requirements:
- Full Driving License (preferably clean)
- Experience with practical work desired
