Job Description
Warehouse Supervisor required for a supplier and manufacturer of fully compliant and wireless fire detection and alarm systems and related products.
The Successful Applicant come from a hands on background, will be highly motivated and willing to learn new skills. Those with previous experience of working in a similar role will be at a significant advantage.
The Supervisor Role:
* Leading and supporting the existing Team, delegating work requirements and prioritising tasks.
* Following company process to ensure product delivered OTIF
* Work and communicate with other members of the team.
* Communicate with Production Director to ensure they are aware of any issues.
* Work on the production line assembling products to a high standard.
* Strong Communication and IT skills essential.
* Housekeeping of work areas.
* Ensure any production waste is discarded correctly.
Team Working
- To communicate and work effectively within the Bull Products team.
- To maintain flexibility and liaise with the team with regards to cover.
- To provide mentorship and peer-support to other team members where appropriate.
- To work alongside other senior members of the team in aiming to ensure that service delivery within the warehouse is of high quality and is evaluated appropriately.
- To participate in, and facilitate, the training of colleagues and learners.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
