Part Time -Self Employed in and around the Andover Area.
This is a great position for someone who is openly available to take on additional hours to work and fit in around another part time position. You will need your own reliable car and work from home.
As a mobile Inventory Clerk you would be based from home, travelling in and around the area, collecting keys from Andover and working in Basingstoke/Andover area, receive information by email for the up and coming appointment schedule. Once the inventory, check in/out or mid terms reports have been completed you submit the completed document it into the office, this is all done using a laptop or iPad/phone. All equipment required to complete the work will be supplied by the company.
For some jobs you would be meeting customers for them to agree and sign off your report while other jobs would be checking and updating previous reports. There are busy times when work volumes are high and sometimes there are requirements to cover other areas.

Key Requirements/Skills
Previous experience in Property Inventory Clerk or Property Management
Reliable car with business class on insurance to be able to use your car for work.
Available for ad hoc hours during the week and additional hours when business volumes are high.
Confident user of laptop, camera and an iPad/phone as well as the ability to use basic Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel with a good home internet connection.
Well-presented, professional appearance with good communication skills both on the phone and face to face.
Position Type
Self Employed Part Time paid directly by the company through their system. Salary range £14000 - £20,000(depending on experience and hours worked)
Working Days
Need to be available between Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 6pm ad hoc hours as and when required
