Holdbrook Consult is recruiting experienced Multi Traders for ongoing social housing void contracts across Colchester.
This role is focused exclusively on bringing empty properties back to a lettable standard. We're looking for tradespeople who can work independently, complete jobs to a high standard, and turn voids around efficiently.
Key Duties
- Full void property refurbishments
- Basic carpentry, plumbing and patch plastering
- Kitchen and bathroom repairs/replacements
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling and flooring repairs
- Snagging and making good
- Preparing properties for handover
We're Looking For
- Proven experience working on social housing voids
- Skilled in a range of trades with the ability to complete first and second fix repairs
- Own tools and transport
- Full UK Driving Licence
- UTR number for CIS payments
- Reliable, professional and able to work unsupervised
