About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Advisor to join our Revenue & Recovery Warrants team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the end-to-end warrants process, helping to deliver effective debt recovery solutions while ensuring positive customer outcomes, regulatory compliance, and excellent stakeholder engagement.You'll work closely with internal teams, external field agents, and third-party partners to manage customer cases, support operational activities, and ensure processes are completed accurately and efficiently.If you're highly organised, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be DoingWarrant Operations & Debt Recovery

Manage and support the end-to-end warrants process across customer accounts.

Prepare and process documentation for court applications and warrant activity.

Review customer accounts and analyse debt information to determine appropriate recovery actions.

Liaise with field teams, warrant agents, and external partners to ensure cases progress efficiently.

Monitor appointments and case activity, maintaining accurate records and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Escalate complex or high-risk cases where appropriate.

Assess customer circumstances, including affordability and vulnerability, to support fair and appropriate debt resolution.
Customer Service & Stakeholder Management

Take ownership of customer cases, ensuring commitments are met and queries are resolved professionally.

Communicate confidently with customers via telephone and email, delivering an excellent customer experience.

Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Identify recurring customer issues and work collaboratively to improve processes and outcomes.
Operational Support

Provide administrative support to the Revenue & Recovery team.

Maintain accurate customer records across multiple systems.

Prioritise and manage a varied workload while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Ensure all work complies with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards.

Follow debt recovery and vulnerability guidelines to achieve positive customer outcomes.

Identify operational risks and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
