Job Title: Event Steward (Level 2 Spectator Safety Qualified)
Location: Various event sites across the UK (base location: Wellingborough)
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

Medisec is looking for Event Stewards to join our growing team supporting live events, festivals, and sporting venues across the UK. If you’re reliable, approachable, and calm under pressure, this is the role for you.
What the role involves:
- Providing a visible and professional stewarding presence at events
- Assisting with crowd management and access control
- Monitoring spectators and ensuring safety standards are maintained
- Supporting emergency procedures and liaising with Supervisors when necessary
- Assisting vulnerable persons and providing information to the public
What we’re looking for:
- Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification (essential)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Calm, confident, and professional approach under pressure
- Previous event stewarding experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel across the UK

Additional Info:
- This role is subject to a 6-month probation period
- Shifts are typically 6–12 hours
- Holiday pay is paid alongside wages – we recommend setting it aside
- Some training costs may be recoverable if leaving within 6 months of completion
