The Role:
We are seeking friendly and proactive Event Marshals to support Ardingly Summerfest on Friday 15th August. In this crucial role, you'll help ensure the safe and smooth running of the event, managing car parking and providing excellent customer service to attendees and visitors. This position offers flexible hours tailored to the event schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct vehicles and manage car parking to ensure a safe and smooth flow around the site
- Assist visitors with directions and address event-related questions
- Provide excellent customer service to attendees throughout the event
- Monitor and enforce site regulations and company policies
- Set up and manage on-site signage to guide visitors effectively
