Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time Level 3 Practitioner to join our vibrant early childhood education team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with children, supporting their development and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality childcare, demonstrating leadership, and fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Your expertise will help create an engaging space where children can thrive, learn, and explore confidently.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily activities and routines that promote children’s developmental milestones in line with early childhood education standards.
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating and enjoyable environment.
- Provide high-quality care tailored to individual needs, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for all children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
- Support children's emotional needs by providing comfort and reassurance as required.
- To work within our fun team supporting children to progress and develop their skills in the various areas of the EYFS.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s development, attendance, and safety checks in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead by example in implementing health and safety policies to ensure a secure setting for everyone.
- Lead by example in demonstrating good behaviour, management techniques, and childcare practices.
- Contribute to the planning of educational programs that encourage creativity, social skills, and early learning concepts.
- Ensure compliance with all nursery policies, procedures, and regulatory standards related to early childhood education.
Skills
- Extensive experience working with children, demonstrating a deep understanding of child development principles.
- Strong childcare background with nursery experience preferred; knowledge of early childhood education frameworks is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively liaise with children, families, and team members.
- Passionate about providing exceptional childcare services and committed to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating initiative independently.
- Organised with the ability to plan activities that support developmental milestones.
