Part time registered night nurse required for a 'Good' rated nursing home in the Stoke area of Plymouth, specialising in end of life care and care of the elderly. We are passionate about what we do and continually strive for excellence, therefore the ideal candidate will have the same ethos.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes;
- Caring, compassionate with a friendly disposition
- Ability to Lead the team by example, in line with the homes policies & procedures
- Excellent time management skills
Duties to include;
- Administration of medication
- Care planning,
- Wound care
- Venepuncture
- Delivering excellent person centred care
- Overseeing care staff
- Syringe driver management etc.
Requirements: Valid NMC Pin
