We're looking for 2 reliable Grounds Maintenance Operatives who are happy to drive the vans to carrying out public right of way clearance across Kent.
This is a hands on outdoor role where you'll be working as part of a team helping to keep public right of ways clear and safe for the public and horses etc.
Ideally you'll be based around the Crawley / East Grinstead area, between the Horsham office and Kent region,as you'll be expected to go to the Horsham Yard on occasion to pick up supplies.
Job Info:
- Monday to Thursday - 7am to 5pm
- Friday - 7am to 3pm
- 12-week temp to perm position
- £12.71-£13.50 per hour
Duties:
- Grass cutting and strimming
- Vegetation and overgrowth clearance
- Hedge cutting and general grounds maintenance
- Litter picking and keeping public areas clean
- Using petrol powered equipment including strimmers and blowers
- Working safely in line with site procedures
Must Have:
- Driving Licence
- Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable and hard-working attitude
Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
